Not only does the product's label need to be attractive and appealing, it also must meet various legal labeling requirements. Does your label meet FDA guidelines? Wouldn't you want to be 100% sure?
When it comes to private labeling, most manufacturers require between 6 and 8 weeks lead time. First, artwork must be created and then the label printer must process your order. Your order is then passed on to the manufacturer so they can get your order onto the production schedule. This process is extremely time consuming and very expensive. Our art department was outfitted with the very best label printing equipment and staffed by carefully chosen, highly skilled graphic designers and operators. Today, we skillfully design exciting, eye-catching packaging, and immediately produce the result in house, saving you time & money!
The overall result of our efforts has been the ability to achieve high quality control and super fast turnaround times. With this reduction in packaging costs, we pass tremendous savings on to you! Once we get our hands on your packaging idea, we respond so quickly that we often have your product finished and ready to ship in as little as 48 hours!
Setup: There is some setup involved in a private label order. This setup includes everything from design and correct layout of the label artwork to the printing and application of it. Therefore, private labeling is not a cost effective solution for orders of less than 500 bottles. For orders of 500 to 999 bottles, there is a one-time investment of only $250 to cover these setup expenses. For private label orders of 1,000 bottles or more, we waive that one-time investment. We do not offer Private Labeling for orders fewer than 500 bottles. All re-orders must be at least 300 bottles of private label products.
Finished Product: Whether you use your label or opt for our House Brand labels, our bottle pricing remains the same. All of our quantity discounts for private labeling are the same as those available on our House Brand products. You simply choose any house brand formula, work with us on the design of your custom label (or provide your own) and you pay the very same price, not a penny more!
Artwork: Our talented professional artists can design dramatic and attractive packaging for you! Or, if you prefer to use your own design staff, Certified Natural will be happy to provide you with the appropriate label templates to use for your design.
Timeline: Once a design has received your final approval, your finished product can be ready to ship in as little as two days. Repeat orders can often be ready in only one day.
